Flash Mac

*****

A flash frame of the McDonalds logo incongruously appeared within a sequence of delicious food on The Food Network in the USA. The broadcaster and food-chain both dismissed this as an accident. Anyone who works in telly will explain that this has occured during the an edit of a montage sequence so cannot be attributed to a vision-mixing error. Watch it in slo-mo

21/07 Failed Bombing CCTV

***.

Staggering footage here of a suicide bomb attempt on a London Underground train. The CCTV pictures capture the failed detonation which took place on 21 July 2005 and the suspect subsequently legging it off the platform. How nobody caught him we just don't know. Footage courtesy of BBC News

Coca Collared

**

Coca-Cola have paid off ska band Seven Seconds of Love for copyright infringement of their work. Joel Veitch animated the video to their song 'Ninja' and the soft drinks giant made a promo with a startingly similar track and imagery. Still, they've said sorry now. See both videos here

Britney Fake???

**

According to Variety this song was penned by songwriters Adam and Jesse Blockton on spec for Britney Spears. The title 'Fed-Up' alludes to her split with Kevin Federline and is performed by such a convincing sound-a-like that even DJs across the US have been debating it's authenticity. This doesn't detract from the fact that it's a load of big Dad pants, and the accompanying montage isn't much better. Bet you don't watch it til the end

Shut Yer Trap

****

*** NEW FOOTAGE *** There was a slight health and safety issue in the bar where Mairi Duncan worked. She fell 14ft down a trap door. Every thing was OK though cause some bloke got £250 for it on You've Been Framed. The clip has resurfaced on YouTube and Mairi has since become a star following this interview on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Show

iPhone Sketch

****.

We've had a few requests for this Saturday Live sketch parodying Steve Jobs' Apple iPhone presentation. It might just be NBC stitching us up seeing as they've had it taken down from YouTube. Either way, they asked for it. View some average comedy

Bigot Brother?

**.

Channel 4 UK have received 10,000 complaints about the behaviour and alleged racism towards Shilpa Shetty in Celebrity Big Brother 5. Now bullying is never nice, and there's no excuse for some of the comments but let's face it, she DOES have a funny voice - Indian or not. Great PR for C4, nothing will change and she'll win it now. Watch those nasty girls.

Paula Bladfull

**

American Idol judge Paula Abdul did a TV interview somewhat worse for wear. Her agent says she was having trouble with her Mike but we reckon it was more to do with Jack. Daniels. Get a skinful of her here

Wang Chung

*****

Anshe Chung is a real estate millionaire in online world Second Life. During an interview in a virtual theatre she was "griefed", which is basically being hassled by other users, in this instance with what we can only describe as rubber wangs. We're not sure we understand, but click here for one of the most surreal things you'll see all year. By the way, King Nutter would love to have a screening room in Second Life so anyone who can help us, please get in touch.
