Whatever happened to the good old tea-tray? These laughing policemen got rollocked for using their riot shields to sledge down a snowy hill in Oxfordshire. The bloke who filmed the clip initially thought the dibbles were going to nab him for sliding down the hill in his kayak. Bet they wish they did now...
