New Jersey cop Capt. Paul Messina (AKA Captain Sleepy) has been caught kipping on the job and the footage posted online. We do like to see unprofessional figures of "authority" exposed for the spongers they really are, though only a video of him eating doughnuts would be slightly less surprising. Sssh. People sleeping.
