London Underground have condemned the extreme sportsman who skied down the longest escalator in Europe at Angel tube station. This is not due to the risk of injury, but the fact that he should have been skiing on the left hand side. The right is reserved for standing passengers only. Watch it noooooooowww.....

That said I used to slide down the stairs in a sleeping bag when I was a kid in a similar way.
