We're finding too many restaurants in Central London that don't have hot running water in the washrooms. Are we wrong to worry that if WE can't wash our hands properly after using the bog, what are the COOKS doing? Should this be against the law. What do YOU reckon? Let us know.

That is pretty damn gross. There are a number of washrooms around here in the U.S. that don't have hot water either. Sanitation issue aside, there is not much fun in putting your hands under ice cold water on a 16 degree January day. Ugh. As if the cold toilet seat isn't enough.

Yes, hot water should be required.
