Mark, everything's banned in the UK. Christmas, smoking in public, filming your kids school play...the lot. They just probably needed something else now as there's not much else to ban. Political Correctness gone mad.

My guess though is that some may have seen the ASBO chavs and considered them "helpful members of staff", before asking for help putting the shopping in the car. "Of course i'll help you!" says the ASBO chav, before making off with half the victims stuff.
